As a ZPAYS Advisor, you earn 10% of the net revenue generated by each client you successfully refer to ZPAYS. Once your referred client completes onboarding and begins using ZPAYS services, you will earn commissions on the fees actually collected by ZPAYS from that client for a period of 12 months. There is no limit to the number of clients you can refer.

Net revenue refers to the fees that ZPAYS actually receives from a referred client after adjustments.
It's excluded for items such as:
  • Taxes
  • Refunds or reversals
  • Chargebacks
  • Failed or disputed transactions
  • This ensures the program is fair, transparent, and aligned with real business activity.

To qualify as an Advisor, you must:
  • Be an active ZPAYS customer
  • Complete all required identity verification (KYC/KYB)
  • Maintain your account in good standing
You do not need to be a salesperson or have a large audience—many Advisors simply refer businesses or contacts within their professional network.

Yes. To protect the integrity of the program:
  • Self-referrals are not allowed
  • Referring related accounts (family members, controlled businesses, duplicate identities) is prohibited
  • Artificial or misleading activity intended to generate commissions is not permitted
ZPAYS reserves the right to review referral activity and withhold commissions if violations occur.
